Liebe Gründerinnen und Gründer, liebe Start-up-Teams,
wir möchten euch auf unser Process Living Lab an der Universität Leipzig aufmerksam machen. ⚙️
Im Rahmen dessen bieten wir eine Workshop-Reihe zum Thema „Prozesse in Start-up Projekten“ an – sowohl für Teams in der Vorgründungsphase als auch für bereits aktive Start-ups in frühen Entwicklungsstadien. 🚀
In den Workshops zeigen wir kompakt und praxisnah:
- 🧪 wie sich Customer Experience mit Technologien testen und validieren lässt (z. B. Websites, Plattformen, physische Produkte oder Dienstleistungen)
- 🗺️ wie sich interne Prozesse systematisch modellieren lassen (z. B. Customer Journey, Produktionsprozess)
Folgende Workshops stehen zur Auswahl:
1. 🔍 Einstieg in Prozesse
Grundlagen zu Prozessdenken und Prozessanalyseansätzen
Zielgruppe: Alle Interessierten, die sich bisher noch nicht mit Prozessen beschäftigt haben, aber einen ersten verständlichen und praxisnahen Einstieg suchen.
2. 🏭 Workshop für Start-up-Projekte mit Produktionsprozess
Fokus auf Abläufe in Herstellung von Produkten
Zielgruppe: Start-ups mit Produktionsprozessen oder produktionsnahen Ansätzen, die ihre Abläufe strukturieren, analysieren und weiterentwickeln möchten (z. B. Food-Start-ups / klassische dienstleistungsbasierte Start-ups mit persönlicher Kundeninteraktion).
3. 💻 Workshop für Start-ups mit IT-/Software-Lösungen
Fokus auf Plattformen, digitale Produkte und servicebasierte Geschäftsmodelle
Zielgruppe: Start-ups mit IT- und softwarebasierten B2B- oder B2C-Lösungen, die digitale Customer Journeys und interne Prozesslogiken besser verstehen und modellieren wollen (z. B. Start-ups mit digitaler Interaktion mit Kunden).
Die Workshops sind bewusst:
- 👥 in kleinen Gruppen organisiert
- ⏱️ zeitlich kompakt
- 🎲 interaktiv und spielerisch aufgebaut, mit möglicher Anwendung auf eure eigenen Use Cases

Dear founders, dear start-up teams,
we would like to draw your attention to our Process Living Lab at Leipzig University. ⚙️
As part of this initiative, we offer a workshop series on “Processes in Start-ups” – suitable for both pre-foundation teams and early-stage start-ups. 🚀
In these workshops, we provide concise and practical insights into:
- 🧪 how to test and validate customer experience using technology (e.g. websites, platforms, physical products, or services)
- 🗺️ how to model internal processes effectively (e.g. customer journey, production process)
The following workshops are available:
1. 🔍 Introduction to Processes
Fundamentals of process thinking and basic process analytics approaches
Target group: Anyone interested who has not worked with processes before but would like to gain a practical and accessible introduction.
2. 🏭 Workshop for Start-ups with Production Processes
Focus on manufacturing and operational workflows
Target group: Start-ups with production processes or production-oriented approaches that want to structure, analyse, and further develop their workflows (e.g food start-ups / classic service-based start-ups with face2face interaction mit clients)
3. 💻 Workshop for Start-ups with IT/Software Solutions
Focus on platforms, digital products, and service-based business models
Target group: Start-ups with IT- and software-based B2B or B2C solutions that want to better understand and model digital customer journeys and internal process logic (e.g. start-ups with digital interaction with clients)
The workshops are designed to be:
- 👥 held in small groups
- ⏱️ time-efficient
- 🎲 interactive and hands-on, with possible application to your own use cases
